In 2004, Byron Prior of Grand Bank, Newfoundland, Canada, related:
I am the oldest in a family of six girls and four boys.
From approximately the age of 4 until 17, I and my siblings were subjected to numerous physical and sexual assaults by several different persons.

I have reported the abuse to Newfoundland Child Protection Agencies numerous times.
In the 1970’s my three sisters, Joan, Lucy, Donna and my brother Allan and my niece Betty Ann also made reports to the Grand Bank RCMP.
To this date, neither myself nor my siblings have received any assistance from the RCMP or any Newfoundland government agencies.
The authorities will not ask the people involved for DNA samples.

On April 3, 2000, the second in command of the R.C.M.P. for all of Canada, said (The Byron Prior Story) that organized crime totally controls Canadian businesses and affects every Canadians daily life, from video arcades to laundry mats.
On 25 February 2000 an RCMP officer said he was recommending the justice department should lay 35 charges against several people in the Byron Prior case.
This officer was then taken off the case and transferred to an other area.
An organized system of exploitation of women and children appears to exist on Canada's west coast, according to sources.
This system is decades-old and has been supplied for many years with women and children from aboriginal (Indian) reserves and children's homes (residential schools).

In 1977, Boyce was arrested and sentenced to 40 years in prison in California.
Just prior to Indonesia's invasion of East Timor in 1975, the Australian Secret Intelligence Service (ASIS) was paying a Dili-based Australian businessman Frank Favaro for information on political developments.
The leaking of his identity in late 1975 led to a confrontation between Gough Whitlam and the head of ASIS, Bill Robertson.
Robertson was sacked.
Gough Whitlam later said: "Sure I sacked the head of ASIS.
"I had had to tell him twice to put an end to the work his agents in our embassy in Chile were doing to undermine Allende on behalf of the CIA.
"Earlier his agents had worked with the same ambassador to undermine Sihanouk in Cambodia on behalf of the CIA. In 1975 he employed an agent in Dili without my authority."

Perkins was interviewed by the US National Security Agency before being given his job with consulting firm Chas. T. Main in Boston which reportedly has links to the National Security Agency (NSA). Perkins claims he then became an "economic hit man".
Perkins describes the role of an Economic Hit Man as follows:

At the same time, his mother, Reba Louise (née Wood), decided to walk out and move home.

Michael Mansfield represented Dodi's father Mohamed al Fayed at the 2007 inquest into Diana's death.

Haughey is alleged to have benefited from his friendship with Steven Purcell.

"It was claimed ... by his aides that he was heading for a villa in Florida owned by wealthy refrigeration magnate Willie Haughey...
"Haughey denied Purcell was staying at his holiday villa.
"Other well-placed sources said Purcell was being cared for by property tycoon Brian Dempsey, 61, at his palatial mansion in the Cayman Islands."
1. Willie Haughey was the Scottish Labour Party's biggest donor, having donated over a million pounds.
Haughey now faces allegations of 'cash for favours' over his links to Steven Purcell, who was leader of Glasgow city council and who has confessed to using cocaine.
Haughey is alleged to have benefited financially from decisions made by Purcell.
Purcell chaired a meeting which agreed to give Haughey nearly £1m of public money.
Sources at Glasgow council said Purcell recruited or promoted council planners who were known to be associates of Haughey.

Reportedly, the result was that Purcell resigned as leader of Glasgow city council, and left the country.
Rumour has it that Purcell headed to Haughey's home in Florida, or to Dubai, Australia, Ireland or the Cayman Islands.
3. Haughey's £100m fortune is partly the result of deals done with Glasgow city council and other such public sector bodies.
4. UK prime minister Gordon Brown opened the new headquarters of Haughey's company in 2009.
5. Scottish Enterprise Glasgow, chaired by Haughey, helped one of Haughey's own company.
The payout resulted from a motorway extension.
Haughey's company HQ was in the path of the motorway.
Reportedly, the cost of the HQ was £1.3m.
The compensation offered for the loss of land and relocation costs was initially £7.4m.
It was raised to £13.3m after Haughey reportedly approached Labour politician Jack McConnell, then first minister.
Reportedly, Haughey then sought extra money for his new HQ.
Haughey then received £970,000 from Scottish Enterprise Glasgow.
Purcell chaired the meeting, in 2004, which approved the payout.
